Hailing from Brooklyn, NY Parlor Coffee’s Wallabout is their flagship blend with timeless toffee and chocolate flavors using coffees sourced from their origin partners in Colombia and Mexico. A sweet cup of coffee, this is enjoyable any time of day! We also really loved their sustainable packaging with a recyclable box and compostable bag with degassing valve.

Parlor Coffee was founded in New York in 2012 by Dillon Edwards with nothing but a single-group espresso machine and a dream to roast the city's finest coffee. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Edwards had never visited New York when he moved there at age nineteen.
Parlor's first location was in the back of a barbershop, and baristas, chefs and restauranteurs became regulars in time. Eventually Parlor was supplying coffee to cafes, restaurants and hotels throughout the city. Now, Parlor roasts coffee for shops and home brewers across the globe.
