Máquina was started to share beautiful coffees from all over the world grown by individual producers, cooperative members and collective neighbors. Founded in 2016 by barista, trainer and roaster Gabriel Boscana in West Chester, PA in a garage roastery, Máquina has grown slowly grown over the past six years. Now they roast their coffee three days a week in their own roastery in Coatesville, PA.
Every coffee on their menu is meaningful and carefully selected by Boscana with the goal to connect people to the coffee through taste and story. Máquina Coffee strongly supports the efforts of stewarding the land, keeping and improving on traditions of land farming and how that affects taste and experience of place.
