The coffee, a Zambian bean from the Ngoli & Kateshi Estates, was roasted just for our Moccamaster team. Also included in the wooden gift box were a bottle of Vermont maple syrup and a beaker of handcrafted sugar. Although the Mulberry and caramel notes of this medium-dark roast stood on their own, it was a pleasure to experience the flavors change with the addition of the cinnamon sugar.
