Coava Coffee Roasters began in a Portland, OR garage in 2008 by veteran barista and roaster Matt Higgins. Coava is committed to long term, sustainable partnerships with coffee producers with the goal to obtain high scoring green coffee beans (or coava).
Their single origin coffee offerings are available at any of their four locations in Portland, OR as well as their website, where you can learn more about their coffee from sourcing, producing to roasting.
