7/18/2022: Amazing and Thank You!

I am excitedly awaiting the arrival of my new Moccamaster Coffee brewer. I am so pleased to find such great engineering, design, and manufacturing in a machine. I am an engineer/helicopter pilot/retired Boeing field service engineer. I truly enjoy the taste of the best coffee. Your design, manufacturing and wonderful product support are very refreshing to find. I wish you the very best. You have my highest respect and thanks. Susan was fantastic in helping me exchange my Moccamaster since it arrived with a crack in the water reservoir. She was so kind, identified the issue immediately, and made the exchange process as smooth as can be. 11/29/2021: The Finest Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had

This is the finest customer service experience I’ve ever had. I called about the problem, the rep answered the phone, and dealt with it immediately. Three days later, our Technivorm was back, working perfectly. We are major fans of the Technivorm coffee maker, and several friends have bought Technivorms after seeing ours. This customer service experience has shown me yet another aspect to this beautifully engineered machine - the integrity of the company behind it.

7/27/2021: The Most Superior Example of Fantastic Customer Service

I do business with some fine organizations like Le Creuset, KitchenAid, Blendtec, All Clad, and Shun cutlery. (Yes, I love to maintain a well-equipped kitchen haha). As good as these other companies are at customer service, my recent experience with Moccamaster has been - by far - the most superior example of fantastic customer service! A+++ I am so impressed with the service I received from Moccamaster and, more specifically, from Courtney. Courtney listened to my concerns and quickly responded in a manner that was “above and beyond” just being courteous and professional, she actually made me feel like I had a friend at Moccamaster. She even “welcomed me” to the Moccamaster family. There was a steady flow of email correspondence that kept me up to date on all aspects of the repair process. I can’t say enough about Courtney! You’re lucky to have her on your team.

Beyond that, I was equally impressed by the fact that my coffee maker arrived at Moccamaster’s Portland facility last Friday 7/23/2021, and it was repaired and, on its way, back to me THE SAME DAY! WOW. Today is Tuesday, 7/27/2021 and, according to FedEX, my Moccamaster will be back in my hands later today. What a fantastic turnaround time!!! Thank you, Courtney, and hats off to the technicians who repaired my machine so quickly. I am, indeed, thrilled to be part of the family.

I received my replacement parts today!  Thank you so much!  I wanted to say this has been the best customer service I think I've ever had.  Bravo!  So hard to find these days!  Here's to a great cup of coffee tomorrow morning!

To whom it may concern (Top Management, I hope): Being 74, retired and bored, I had a long story to share with you, following several visits with your representative Maurizia. However, in short, if all of your customer service associates are anything like Maurizia, your company has the single best customer service department in America. If not, have Maurizia train and/or supervise them. As I would tell my CSR’s.... “There’s customer service, then there is sincere, personal service.” Thank You Maurizia for helping this Old Man solve his problem.
