All warranty claims should be directed to Moccamaster USA at firstname.lastname@example.org or 855.662.2200 customer service. Retail stores may accept dissatisfied returns for up to 30-days. All claims after 30-days must be directed to Moccamaster USA. (NOTE: you must keep your original Proof-of-Purchase for any warranty claims.)
