Return Policy

All warranty claims should be directed to Technivorm Moccamaster USA at info.us@moccamaster.com or 855.662.2200 customer service. Retail stores may accept dissatisfied returns for up to 30-days. All warranty claims after 30-days must be directed to Technivorm Moccamaster USA. (NOTE: you must keep your original Proof-of-Purchase for any warranty claims.)

To qualify for warranty coverage, please attach a copy of your invoice or sales receipt (a photo is acceptable) showing place of purchase, date of purchase, and item description and price paid

“If warranty cannot be verified or physical damage has occurred (outside original shipping), a service fee of $59 will be assessed for most issues except for a damaged water reservoir or glass tube, in which case a service fee of $99 will be assessed. Please check the box to acknowledge you understand these prepaid charges.
